The Northern Virginia Car Club Council (NOVACCC)

The NOVACCC was founded on March 25, 2006 to help unite enthusiasts and their car clubs in and around the Northern Virginia area. Formed by a cadre of dedicated "car nuts", the NOVACCC hopes to grow into a major force in Northern Virginia with regard to achieving the common goal of maximizing the enjoyment of the automotive hobby.
